Refund policy

ONLINE RETURNS GUIDELINES:

  • Unworn returns must be initiated within 14 DAYS of the shipment's delivery date. 
  • All purses/ bags are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Clothing or Sneakers must be in unused condition. Attach a copy of the packing slip attached to the product and place item(s) in the original packaging. Sneakers must be returned in the original box sent. 
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs + fees.
  • Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.

IF IT IS OUR ERROR IN SENDING THE WRONG PACKING:

We sincerely apologize for the mix-up and are committed to resolving it promptly.

If you received the wrong item, please notify us by emailing ajoure2019@gmail.com. Once we receive your message, we will begin correcting the order immediately.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include in the following in your email:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item received

  • A brief description of the item you should have received
